Shipping policy

We dispatch all orders within 5 days of order placement. In most cases you should receive your order within 7 days. 

In the event of an item being out of stock or pre-ordered, we will contact you with expected lead time if the product description does not specify this.

Please get in touch if your order is urgent, we will try our best to help you.

 

Purchasing items as a gift

We can send your order direct to the recipient – simply enter a different delivery address at the checkout. You can add a gift message. There will be no prices displayed on the invoice when an order is sent direct to the recipient.

  • We offer free delivery for UK orders over £50

 

UK DELIVERY

We typically dispatch all orders via Evri. Due to circumstances out of our control, we may also use other couriers eg Royal Mail. We charge a flat rate of £3.85 for all UK deliveries. 

  

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Following changes due to Brexit, we are looking at options to ensure we provide the best, and most cost-efficient, delivery service for all our customers.

In the meantime, we have been given this advice from Royal Mail: 

*Each country has their own duties and taxes, so you are responsible for any incurred fees when you receive your order.*

Orders between 10€ and 150€ customers are likely to be charged Import Tax and a handling fee.

Orders over 150€ customers are likely to be charged Import Tax, handling fee AND a Customs Charge.

Please note that large or heavy items may be subject to higher courier fees not calculated correctly in the shopping basket. If this happens we will search all available courier options to ensure we offer you the cheapest courier price available. We will then contact you to see if you wish to proceed with your order.
