Refunds and Substitution of Goods Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer one of the following options:

Returns

To request a refund or exchange, at the price purchased, any item returned in a saleable condition with a receipt within 28 days of purchase. The receipt will either be an order confirmation from our website www.silwli.cymru or it will be from one of our retailers. Please use the original packaging and enclose all documentation including your receipt and a note giving the reason for the return.

Please note that our gift vouchers are a non-refundable item.

Faulty Goods

Os yw’r eitem yn ddiffygiol, rydym yn hapus i newid yr eitem neu gynnig ad-daliad o fewn chwe mis o'r dyddiad y gwnaethoch chi brynu'r eitem.  Fydd angen i chi fedru dangos dystiolaeth o’ch archeb i ni.

If the item is faulty, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. Refund will be made to the card used at time of order.
If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because we have made an error, we will refund the postage. Otherwise, you will be responsible for such costs.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We well also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you have any queries in regards to the refund, please contact us at helo@silwlicymru.co.uk.    

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us on helo@silwlicymru.co.uk.

Nothing within this policy shall affect your statutory rights. All refunds and exchanges will be dealt with in accordance with our standard terms and conditions.
